Required fields are marked with an asterisk; without these details we cannot process the form. Please do not include sensitive information.
We use these details to reply to your enquiry and prepare your event proposal. Processing is based on steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, or our legitimate interest in responding to other enquiries. Submitting this form does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
Messages are emailed to the authorised members of the ATELIER GALLET team. Our technical hosting and email provider, IONOS, processes the data needed to operate these services. The form does not store a separate copy in a website customer database.
Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are retained for no longer than one year after the last exchange, then deleted from the mailbox. If you become a client, records needed to perform the contract or meet legal retention obligations are kept for the corresponding periods.
Depending on the applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. Technical server logs may also be used to operate and secure the website.
