An Orange Countryside Wedding at Abbaye de Fontdouce

2024-06-15

Anaelle and David's countryside wedding at Abbaye de Fontdouce embodied the perfect balance between authenticity and elegance. From the cocktail reception, guests were welcomed into a warm setting with wooden lounge areas, where vintage finds, including an old desk and an antique door, brought a charming flea-market touch. The atmosphere was relaxed, elegant and resolutely authentic.

For dinner, three large wooden tables were set to create a convivial and intimate atmosphere. Each table was adorned with an orange cotton gauze runner and flower bouquets in amber soliflores. The floral arrangements, combining orange tones, added freshness and colour to the whole setting. Carefully designed refined stationery completed the polished feel of the meal. Above the guests, wicker chandeliers dressed with greenery and decorated with suspended glass baubles diffused a soft, warm light, creating a magical atmosphere.

This wedding, between charm and countryside elegance, was a living tableau where every detail was designed to offer a unique experience.
